There are various development opportunities to be exercised, we are able to complete any land sales within a couple of weeks and would welcome the opportunity to discuss any land sites that you feel may be of interest.
We are actively looking to acquire:
- Land with or without planning permission, Brownfield or Greenfield
- Individual plots and large residential units
- Barns and farm buildings for conversion
- Redundant offices, garages, car showrooms, and industrial properties.
- Former filling stations, haulage and builders’ yards
- Farms and areas of woodland
- Commercial or residential property companies with a property portfolio or land bank
